Flutter pony wings?

Anybody know how to make these?? I got a few flutters in a bait lot and trying to restore them, but I have no idea what to do about wings...

I make them out of old Vitamin Water bottles!

 There is a tutorial here somewhere...

Well, the tutorial for using the empty bottles can be found here.

I cut the wings I made for my Rosedust out of the clear plastic packaging from one of the toys I'd bought recently. It's bendy, so it's not snap-prone.
