The way these ponies are shipped to protect their eyelashes is just super adorable. At least, mine was.  Half the joy is opening the package when she arrives!

Rehaired in Koul Brown Kanekalon hair. (From Dollyhair)
Painted with acrylic paint.
Her eyes are ‘mother of pearl’ Surrounded by two layers of upper eye lashes and smaller lower lashes.
Her Cutie-mark is a Cameo of a lady, with gold -foil. And a string of mini-pearls.
Her mask and shoes are apoxyputty, painted white with a pearl coating and trimmed with gold foil.

she is stunning, I would love to know how you put these eyes in and where you buy then from?
do they have to have eyelashes?
I didn't buy them, I sorta made them. Yes, I love using doll eyelashes, it add so much to the pony's eyes when I'm using these eyes. It's my thing. There is an old thread over here.. http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,291960.msg131095.html#msg131095 And I think she shares a lot of the information you want in that thread. She has a website with a lot of useful information, but I am not certain if she would be OK with me posting that publicly, so I will let her decide. It may be in that thread, but if it is, I overlooked it.

Thank you! She's much prettier in person, my camera is clearly jealous.  This was my first time using apoxy putty to sculpt on a pony. There are a few things on this pony that I could have done better. The eyes are sorta self made, I wanted her whole concept to match her eyes, but I only had brown hair, so I added in the gold so that the dark brown wouldn't be so jarring with her lavender/pink and white pearly colors.

Did you remember to give her negative feedback? You really should, with her attitude she really shouldn't go on with her "Flawless Feedback rate"
She probably threatened her other unsatisfied buyers to leave nothing but positive feedback, if she responds to it, Hey! Ebay/paypal already proclaimed that your are in the right, let her other potential buyers know that, that's what it's for.
