Miss Flutter Pony Universe is for anyone. You just have to post a picture of a flutter pony:)
 Voting for Round 2 and 3 will got for about 7 days

But you can ENTER round 4!!!

1. Enter of picture of at least 1 of these flutter ponies. Yum Yum, Tropical Breeze, Hollywood, Honeysuckle, Cload Puff, Wind Drifter
2. You can enter one picture or enter a picture for each pony.
3. If you have won Round 1, 2, or 3, you may enter and HAVE a chance to win.
4. Once you win you will be requested to keep going. You take the flutter pony you won with and take a group shot.
5. There should be about 15 entrees for locals. Then we start preliminaries. We go down about two ponies until we crown the Miss Flutter Pony Universe.
6. Round 4 ends November 24.

PRIZES!!!!! Yes there are prizes. Winning a local *rounds we are in now* you get a prize. You win preliminary round you get prizes. Wing the entire pageant you get more prizes:) lots of prizes to win. I have hand made wings for Flutter, ponies of all generations, accessories....lots of prizes to have fun with:)
