I know we have a lot of Harry Potter fans here - does anyone have experience with buying robes online? I'm looking at ones on Universal's online shop (https://shop.universalorlando.com/c/Harry-Potter-Robes.html (https://shop.universalorlando.com/c/Harry-Potter-Robes.html)).
What has me baffled is their sizing - I want to make sure I get the right size (and I can't find any Customer Service contact online, only a 1-888 #).
There is a sizing chart, easy enough to understand (I'm looking at either the XX-S or XXX-S size). But what they actually have listed to order doesn't match. Pic attached (size chart, and size listings on the side).
Size chart shows XXX-S up to XL. Adult robes have the XS-XL sizes, leaving (you would expect) XXX-S and XX-S for Youth robes. But the actual youth page has 3 different sizes that don't match the chart (XXXS, XXXXS, and XXSM). How is anyone supposed to match those?

............
You will show when you get these, yes?
I don't have experience but id assume to just go with the XS.

This is probably a bad way to do it, but you could reference ebay listings.
I'm going on a limb to say XXXXS is the only thing that doesn't have a size. But XXXS and XXS do have the measurements.
One ebay listing said they thought XXXXS was good for a 10 year old.

How confusing :drunk:
I'm assuming that XXSM is just XX-S and XXXS is XXX-S. No clue what that last size is, though.

I had a bit of back and forth with their customer service, but yep, their response was those same matches (and they didn't say anything about the XXXXS one). I've ordered a XX-S/XXSM size :) a few reviews from people close to my height (one a tad shorter and one a tad taller) ordering that size and being happy with it. Now I have to wait patiently *coughhahacough* for a few weeks.
