Smashed up the playsets!  eh! Hasbro might have been able to sell them otherwise *grr*

I also spotted someone has the same ones up on amazon so maybe it's a nation wide thing ?!

They were definitely not from a storeroom there, as I said this shop has only been open a couple of months, before it was JJB sports.  Perhaps there's a warehouse full of them *dreams*

Pony Corral / Found original G3 ponies MIB in UK discount shop!

UK peeps might want to have a look to see if a "Family Bargains" shop has opened up near them.  I looked online and it says it's owned by the 99p store.
There's a new one in Reading (near Morrisons) and I spotted toys on the list of stuff they had so thought it was worth a look to see if they had G4... They didn't but I did find a surprise!  the original G3 ponies Rainbow Dash, Wysteria and Sweetberry with the video tapes  :P   They were a little dusty but ok otherwise.  They were £3.99 but I had to buy the 4 they had just to rescue the poor ponies.  I'll be putting them up for sale soon  :lookround:

So if you've spotted this store check it out!  They do seem to have a few around - check google

Not a bad pony buying week for me  :)  and my first Brag post, as I'm too modest usually
I started by visiting a brand new shop in town, it's like a discount store called "Family Bargains" and they had the MIB original G3 ponies, Rainbow Dash, Wysteria and Sweetberry with the original video cassettes!  I had to get them even though they were £3.99   just £1 less than they were 9 years ago!  They had a little dust but nothing a quick clean won't fix.
Then on Saturday I went to a regular Charity sale at a local hospice and found Sunspot, Rose Dust and another Wysteria   Best of all I got all three for £1    I haven't found many G1's there before but did pick up a Princess Rinse and Spit for my own collection a couple of months ago.

I've got some vase cleaner copper balls that work wonders at cleaning the tightest part of the pony.  They're called "Magic Balls" in the UK.  You just pour them in with some water and shake it up :) I use a sieve to catch them on the way out.  I'm not sure if they're available elsewhere though.

Two questions.
Will we be getting a complete string of numbers at the bottom of each thread?  I find having just page 1 ... 10 11 12 takes a *lot* of time to navigate to, say, page 6 on a DSi and it fills the memory up.

Secondly, Should we delete the PMs from the archived site so the ones we want will be transfered over?  Will you be transferring PMs automatically at some point or should we tell you that we need them?

I'd also like to chip in that the side menu is very useful :)  I know it's a pending question but it's super useful for DS and iphone use.
