I'm a newbie, so the full impact is lost on me I'm afraid, but that little herd sure looks lovely together!  Congrats on getting your long lost pony back! 

I'm Karen from waay up in northern Ontario, Canada!  I'm almost 39 and I was OBSESSED with MLP when I was a child when they first came out.  I was horse crazy, so when the other girls were playing with Barbies, I was having races and fighting bad guys (usually the Barbies) with my ponies!  lol  I had quite a few of them at one point, but over the years most of them disappeared and when I moved away, I gave almost all away except about 6 of my favorites.  Those original six are somewhere back in Nova Scotia in my parents house and now that I'm interested in ponies again, I've started bugging my mom to try to find them!  I know for sure that I have Medley, Hearthrob, Applejack and a little blue baby pony that you could get by saving UPC symbols from something and sending them away.  Can't for the life of me remember what the others are!

I got interested in the ponies again recently because I do some sculpting with polymer clay and ran across some custom ponies online.  Then a few days ago, my young sons were watching tv and the new Friendship is Magic show came on.  Twilight was my first pony way back when!

So to be totally honest, I'm more into the customizing than collecting.  I just bought a lot of five G3 ponies off of Ebay with customizing them in mind, but now I don't know if I can since they are so pretty!  So I'll be keeping my eyes open for sad, damaged little ponies that could use a makeover instead.
