i can recommend http://swatchspot.com/ you can shuffle an lock the colors you already choose and then shuffle away. the website will find harmonic colors to it. ^^ sometimes unexpected, but it works.

I think of vivid purples and oranges, that you see in nebula pictures, and there's always faint gold.

Yes, I thought of nebulas, too! I'd personally pick dark blue, dark green, then throw in stripes of purple and pink.

Emul, love that site!  Thank you!  What do the color codes mean? Silly pony split her scalp, so waiting on glue to dry.  Then I get to remove the stuff that leaked out.  Other than that, I like how she turned out.  Pics coming...

the codes are the rgb-codes, in most graphic programms you can open the color menue and type the code to get exactly these colors!

I would use your Pacific Ocean, a white and a gray color. Maybe even put in a few highlights with the Daiquiri Ice. She looks really great so far.
