I found these fakies recently, is anyone familiar with them? The ones with cutie marks have them on both sides, but the ones without don't have them on either side. Pink with purple hair has a hole for the tail like a mlp, but the rest have it rooted like the mane. the pink and purple from the same mold both have made in china on the bottom of the back left hoof, but the rest of them are blank, the rest of the ponies have no foot hoof markings. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I cannot speak for that particular seller, but usually one hank is enough for a G4. I would get two hanks for G3 and up if it's all one color just to be safe.
Thanks, for the hanks you are referring to, how long are they, and how much do they weigh? I don't know what the standard hank size would be?

I have found some bait ponies at my local opshop and want to get into customising (or restoring). There are a few g3s and g4 as wells as some fakies. How much hair do I need to buy to rehair them? (i know that it is different for the different sizes) I am in australia an will most likely be buying nylon from CustomDollHairAu. Please also tell me if you know of any other reliable places to buy hair from.

I use accetone in furby customization sometimes. I just buy it from my hardware store. I wouldn't trust ebay, since you can't be too sure how they are storing it and at what temperature, whereas a physical shop would be more prone to inspection.

I've been trying to find out how much hair I would need to re-root a pony, but everywhere says vastly different amounts. Is there a difference between the different generations as to how much I need? How much would I need for a g3, vs a g4?

Not me, but my dad. He was waiting to pick me up from school choir or something and started talking to a guy and asking how he was going and stuff without realising it was the leader of the opposition at the time (Bill Shorten). It was very funny telling my dad who he was talking to after we had left.

soup!!
I make my own stock by freezing every bit of veggie scrap and then making a bot of stock (with the addition of leftover bone if there is any) when I've got a bag full of scraps. Since there are different veggies each seasons, the stock tastes different each time which makes the same soup in turn taste a bit different.

She's one of my favourites. I love her green tail. I'd say she's blue, but it's a bit silly to define a spectrum into hard categories anyway. Mine has completely lost her scent, but who would design a toy to keep its scent for that long anyway.

Hello everyone, call me Duckling (they/he)
I'm 20 and I had one or two g3 ponies as a kid. I have been collecting g3 (and g4, but i've calmed down with that one) and would like to collect g1 and g2 (they're all so cute!), but I have never seen any in an opp shop before and it is all very expensive online in australia, so i'm still on the hunt. I have gotten my hands on some bait ponies and am looking for some advice on how to give them some love and thought that this would be the best place to look. One question in particular I have is matching hair for g3 Precious Gem, mine is missing her poor tail. I'm very excited about how many people are here!!
In short, I'm very excited to hear what you all have to say about customising and revitalising ponies
