New G4 heads: Anybody know what is going on with these?

I'm quite the opposite... I ADORE their ears. I love how big they are.

I wish they switched from that ugly shiny vinyl to the matte finish vinyl they used on the old heads, maybe the shiny stuff is cheaper?

The new head mold is rounder in the cheeks. I actually think it's cuter but don't like that the mold seam line is visible on many of the newer ones.

WoW! I think I prefer the old head too... the new rounder face makes the pony look a bit top heavy.

Hmm, I quite like the new head. It's pudgy and cute! Also in agree-ance about the ears...I love their big ears!

I personally don't like the fat headed ponies 
I like there skinny heads, only a few ponies can pull off the fat head (Mrs. Cake, G4 Minty, and Sunset Shimmer)
Others... not so much (Fan Fave Lyra, Masquerade Rainbow Dash, and pony)

As for the ears, I don't have a problem with them, it just makes em look like cats.

I like both heads! They look cute either way.
