Pinkie Pie's set is Pinkie Pie random... Not surprised.

Does this mean that Rarity gets ...whoever-it-was-the-white-canterlot-unicorn and Fleur? Or Prince Blueblood?

Everyone calls it random, not really.  At the end of "bridal gossip" , the spa pony asks zecora for her herbal recipie (something like that)

Including one of the 6 makes me happy actually because that probably means we will get 2 more sets of these 3 pack minis besides these ones. We have TS, RD, PP, AJ and we now just need the set with Rarity and the set with FS Maybe Rarity will show up with Hoity Toity?

Assuming she gets a BB release of course.  Hasbro should if they want to get mileage from her mold, but it's no done deal.  It is very surprising that they would include Zecora here when they could simply have saved on tooling and simply repainted Lotus and called her Aloe.  I can only guess that perhaps this set is the result of a couple of previously planned sets that got combined at some stage dring planning - it happens sometimes.  With luck we'll get a Lotus repaint for her twin in a future set.

Anyhow, it's so cool they're making all these lower tier characters at all.  I'm elated and surprised.

Maybe Rarity will show up with Hoity Toity?

Hmmm, it's a guess of course, but Rarity, Hoity Toity and Photo Finish would make an excellent trio - called them the Fashion ponies or something - and we know they are doing Photo Finish now, so it seems like a smart assumption to me.  I hope so anyhow.  The extra mane sizes in my daughters' collection will be sold loose to raise pocket money or given away to other kids.
