I didn't have alot of ponies growing up but I really cherished the ones I did have and was ahppy to get to play with my friends ponies.

The ones that I still have today is Peppermint Crunch and the Apple Delight family.  I'm pretty sure I had at least one or two more but I can't for the life of me remember wich ones they were.

Wow, there are some impressive herds here!

I don't know exactly who I had- there were at least 25-30 of them, but they all disappeared in one of my family's moves when I was "too old" for them. BUT... my brother found a few of them a while ago! they were looking pretty rough (having nail polish and lipstick left on you for almost 20 years will do that to a pony), but I love them all. :)

I can't find a group picture, but the ones I have now are:

Daddy Sweet Celebrations   :lovey:
Mommy Sweet Celebrations
Baby (boy) Sweet Celebrations
Windy (with horn chewed off)
HT Tabby (I must not have liked her- she looks perfect)
Moonstone
SS Posey
SS Twilight (has now been deflocked)
Dancing Butterflies
BBE Baby Lofty
BBE Baby Cuddles
Baby Firefly
Streaky
avatar by Jupi... squeep!

My childhood herd is my only one right now.
Aside from the lonely g3 Strawberry Swirl I picked up a while back.

I'm still in the process of getting these girls to look their best again, after many lonely years in the attic.
I had a blast identifying them again after all these years, it was fun giving everyone their name back.

Lemon Drop
Cotton Candy
Rainbow Curl Pony Stripes/Rainbow Storyteller
European Princess Sparkle
Pony Bride
Cookery Pony Sweet Delight
Sweetberry Pony Strawberry Surprise
Roller skate Pony Hiphop
Baby Moondancer
Baby Yo-yo
Baby Shaggy
Baby Pictures
Starlight Baby Pony Stella (I believe there's some confusion about her name. I mean the pink one with golden hair. >>)
New born twins Sniffles and Snookums
Baby Ballerina ponies Tippy Toes and and Soft Steps
Drink and Wet baby Cuddles
And 3 petite ponies, from the set with actual hair instead of molded tails.

Most of my toys I had when I was little were ponies.

These are all of the ponies that I have owned from new:

plus newborn twin Sniffles (who for some reason, I've just noticed, didn't make this pic)

These are the ones I picked up from car boot sales and charity shops or handed down to me as a child:

And these are ones I had as a child but had to re-place for one reason or another:

I also had some petites and a weird Starshine plush too but haven't gotten around to photographing yet. I thought that they had been given away but my mum found them when clearing through her loft :)

Some of you guys had very impressive childhood collections!

I was mostly concentrating on my Barbies and their furniture (I was using my bookshelf as a house for them, it had various floors and various rooms) ;) So I didn't have many ponies, even though I think I did want more!

I had:
Up Up & Away - from my mom, still love her to bits
Greek Easter pony, Lambaditsa - from a friend in first grade
Greek baby Firefly - sadly she was given away to a younger girl at some point
And maybe a couple more I can't remember?

I also had a Lickety Split hairband thingie, the one with the very long string hair and the heart shaped comb.

I'm totally making up for all the lost time now, hehe! So many ponies it's hard to keep track of them

Whoa!! You were very lucky, I'm jelous in a way, but my step mum gave my ponies away without my permission so maybe it's good that the ones I had weren't rare.

These were the ones I lost when I was three, well they were given away. My step mum hated ponies. -_-
Parasol
Baby Palm Tree
Sunbeam
Bubbles
Petites

Baby snippy and Stripes, my firend in fith grade gave them to me
Baby Sunnybunch and UK Princess Sparkle, found at a Salvos store

I mainly had fakies

Thank you SDS for my Princess Sparke avatar and thank you Shenanigans for my signature. ^_^

Wow, some of your herds are impressive!

I still have all of my originals.

My first pony was Blossom who at some point lost her tail and has had a dmc floss tail ever since.

Twilight (I remember picking her out)
Sky Dancer
Majesty & Spike (my mom threw out the castle, but I have a replacement)
Baby Dangles (Majesty's daughter)
Sweet Stuff  (who I got for a birthday)
Tex
Baby Shaggy (SS  & Tex's  daughter)
Sugarberry
Fifi (still need to replace the Perm Shop since that was also thrown out :(  )
Family Sweet Celebrations (who I always wondered why their daughter looked so weird - I got a good laugh when I found out "she" was a "he")
Baby Noddins (who was always Nodkins to me, and she's Twilight's daughter)
Baby Beach Ball (who I bought with baby sitting money and was my last purchase)
Rosedust
SHS Fancy Flower
Little Flitter

----
I also have my sister's old ponies which are Cotton Candy, Medly, Moondancer, Sunlight, Princess Tiffany, and Baby Firefly

When I started collecting G4 I tried to remember and identify which ponies I had when I was a kid.
So far I remember having:
Cherry Treats
Braided Beauty
Strawberry Surprise
Tootie Tails
Star Dancer
Magic Hat
and a Baby Northstar who was kept at my Grandmother's.

I think that was all of them.

Oh and I had the Brush Me Beautiful Boutique.

When I was a kid I made myself a wallchart to keep track of my ponies and here it is!  :nerdy:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I still have all of them (and they are by far the bulk of my collection today) except Sand Digger - I don't know what happened to her but she might yet turn up as my dad has never moved house so there's a ton of my childhood stuff in his attic.

Baby Flower Power ( ) is what I had named the white Activity Club baby at that moment
