It was so hard to see her well in any of the Toy Fair pics, I've been waiting for pics of her to pop up on taobao. She's actually pretty cool looking! Except I don't know if I'm feeling the chain link fence design on her glasses but I am kinda digging the black & white hair.

I'm not a G4 collector, but I love the fact that Hasbro has begun giving ponies bangs. <3 Her overall design is pretty unique, too.

This D: I really wish they'd just make glasses/goggles/etc either as an accessory or new head mold (like the SDCC/fair DJ) instead of facepainted on.
But her bangs are adorable! She looks so different, but maybe that's an effect of the new-character drought.

She's going to be a TRU exclusive and, if following the pattern of previous years, she would start hitting stores around late August.

Something about the printed eye patch makes me feel like she looks like an insect. I hope she turns up on ebay as a cheap loose pony, I have wonderful custom ideas for the body colour.

Ooh, I'm actually really liking how they did her. And her aperture cutie mark too!
Is it just me, or does it look like her sunglasses have some dimension to them? It would be amazing if they actually had molded glasses instead of flat stamps, and even though I'd prefer them removeable, it's hard to not get my hopes up!

Cute! I love her bangs (though I'll probably de-glue them, they look stiff), and her cutie mark is elegant and makes sense.

She has black hair in the middle but white on BOTH sides... Does that mean she has three rows of hair? I know they put extra rows of plugs in Shadowbolt RD's forelock to make it fuller, I guess they can afford an extra row in the mane this time because the hair is cut so short.

Hmmm...I like her but the glasses are the killer for me. I dont like ponies with no eyes :P

I love her :O Her body colour is gorgeous! Here's hoping maybe not just NA TRUs will get these, or that she'll be released elsewhere? xD I ain't gonna hold my breath, but it'd be nice. I'll be in Canada in June and Early July so I'll cross my fingers for an early release to snag her there....

I like her! Finally another new G4 to look forward too.
A bit strange how Hasbro stopped with the bangs in order to save money, and now they've come back on shadowbolt RD and Photo Finish in the form of like, 7 rows :/ More hair is nice, but as bangs are so short, 7 rows means they'll be sticking up too much if you wash out the icky hasbro hair glue :/
But overall, more hair is great! There are definitely 3 or more rows in her actual mane, judging by the photo, and Rainbow Rocks Rarity had more rows too if I remember correctly. (Wish they'd shove some of that extra hair in the tail though!)

I can't decide if I like her or not? On one hand I like her hair, symbol, and the fact she is different. On the other her glasses look like bug eyes.

Honestly, I was surprised those two had *any* kind of glasses, let alone removable ones. XD
Anyway, yay for new characters! I'm not sure if I like her or not; the glasses are bothering me. I *really* hate painted on accessories, but I could look past that were it not for the weird netting on her glasses - I agree, they look like bug eyes.
Her symbol is pretty neat, though - tbh I'm glad she actually *has* a symbol, at the rate Hasbro are going I half-expected her to be a "blank flank" under her dress. XD (I'm also impressed/excited that her dress is removable! :D)
So yeah, I'm not sure if I'll get her or not, but I'm glad to see a new character (even if we've seen her before at Toy Fair.. haha, if that makes sense ^^;). ^^

Why do you do this, Hasbro? Is it that hard to make removable accessories for these ponies? Removable sunglasses are one accessory I would actually like to display on a pony (just on their heads, not over their eyes).

I adore the subtle shad of robin's egg blue and the contrast of her hair and cutie mark. Makes me wonder if Funko will follow suit and make one, too? That'd be EPIC!!

They used to price them pretty cheap.. but I think when people buy up all your newly listed ponies to flip on ebay, you learn pretty fast you can hike up your prices! >_<

I think it's just the earlie birds type. You know, the same happens when for example Apple brings out something new. The ones who want her first are likely gonna pay more. I'm gonna wait until the price drops down.

If she was somehow different I would get her, but I don't see any differences. Like with Lyrica we had a straight leg version on taobao that never made it to market. But I think all the early bird ponies look just like the releases from the toy fair photos.

A combination of people not knowing [there are a large amount of fandom members who dont follow the toy releases at all after all], bragging rights bidders and of course those who are perhaps willing to consider she may just end up released a little different after all. All of that is going to make her surprisingly expensive at this point, I guess.

To all the people saying her cutie mark reminds you of the game Portal, its because it's an aperture! Its the part on the camera that you adjust to let light in or keep out. The Aperture Science logo is, needless to say, an aperture.
More on topic, I love her hair and her eye lashes! I've been off pony collecting for months, but if they made more ponies with adorable hair styles like that, I would have to give in.
