Pony Corral / Re: Question: Factory Curls
« on: January 16, 2022, 01:51:53 PM »
I have a few babies that still have their factory curl.  I’m the first owner and never brushed their hair after removing them from their cards.

Most ponies had one big sausage curl in their main and the tail was usually in a spiral and wrapped around their leg on the card.

I have quite a few more kicking around, but this one was handy for a photo shoot

ETA:  Well, it appears that my ability to add photos is not working.  I’ll have to go do a bit of research  and figure out why it’s not working for me.  Sorry y’all

ETA:  Got it worked out XD

Here's a picture of the one I deboxed last night.  She has a nice weight in the hand and her legs move independently from each other.  She has ballerina feet so she won't stand on her own but she's pretty posable for her size.  Her little bunny friend is too cute :)

Her plastic is actually glued to her cardboard box so there's no going back if you debox them.  I ended up cutting out the back panel so I could save the art.

I'll try to post pictures of the rest once I debox them.

Oh My Goodness!  I just ran across these little guys at Target and they're adorable!  They're about the size of a lalaloopsy mini but so much cuter IMO!  They have real clothes!

I may or may not have bought all of them  :lookround:

I hope they make more.

I've deboxed all of mine and I do not regret it lol.  They all fit nicely in a gallon bag instead of a big box.  I can pull them out and look at them easily.  I don't have the boxes either :P

I'm in Snohomish but I'd like to make it this year.  Last year, I ended up being out of town.  Is Maple Valley down near Renton?

At least they'll be relatively easy to replace :)  THat makes me happy :)

Thanks again!

Thank you so much!  My Cherry was a little brown to begin with, thank goodness!  Those numbers don't make me cry too much!

It's the Starcatcher with fabric wings :)

I have some grubby looking white ponies that went through a house fire several years back.  Even though they were washed, when I pulled them out of storage, I see that they have yellowed.

If I could get an estimate on how much I'd have to pay to replace these beauties, I'd appreciate it

Honeycomb, baby honeycomb

NNS Surprise, baby surprise

Cherry Treats

Baby Dangles

Baby Rattles and Tattles

Butterscotch.  Funny because she's yellow, but she has some obvious brown spots

and, one more if you don't mind.  G3 Starcatcher

Thanks so much!  I've been out of the pony loop for quite some time.
