G1 ponies have a typical smell indeed ! Don't you think, you vintage collectors ?
Sweet plastic scent. A lovely... pony scent !
(But not a proper 'fruit smell - on purpose')

Even now, it happens when you found an old dirty G1 : you wash it carefully and BAM : the smell's back !

Also, there're 2 versions of Majesty : purple and blue eyed.

I really don't know... I personnally never ever re-paint a symbol, part for this reason. But I suppose golden colour is the most accurate choice, even if not the most commonly seen.
Why do you want to paint it, in fact ?

(By the way, RoseNoire, I believe we use the same toilet paper, hahaha ! )

This is the most distinct italian symbol I have. Other girls are faded like yours.

Both on the same image, we could call it the 'French Cancan' pose ! 

Serioulsy, yeah that's really confusing. So that's why I think it's important to name every pose.

The 'Cantering pose' sounds good for this one.
As it's basically the same except for which leg is up, maybe we could say the 'left cantering', and the 'right cantering' for the 2 above ?

Well, I was working on the descriptions of my unicorns for the website and I came with a problem, with all the new poses of the G4 'reboot' (the new molds).

With G1, we had lovely names for all the pony poses (collector pose, standing pose, proud pose, shy pose, and so on... you see what I mean).
G2, G3 and even G4 didn't really need that, as there were few different pony poses actually.

BUT : That not true anymore with the G4 'reboot' and it makes me wonder : Do we already have pose names for them ?

And if not... Why wouldn't we play that game ? 

Here are my propositions (For unicorns, as I have unicorns only) :
