I was told not to expect more than 10 of these Sunset Shimmers out there. I only knew of 4 and that was the last I'd seen of them, They should have put her on store shelves with the tinsel. There are only 4 tinsel sunset shimmers. I have 3 out of the 4. I was was wondering who had the last one. I've got one of those "quiet" collections that has some pretty amazing acquisitions. People come into mu house and I know the ponies everywhere makes them wonder, but if they knew their value....My husband let me spend 430 on a TypeA Minty after I was flabbergasted at that ridiculous nonsense...did some research and told him I discovered the background to it's worth...and he said..."if you like it, think it's be valuable and make you happy to have her...buy her" . I bet he's kicking himself now because on shelf alone has 11,000 put into it. I willing paid a bit overpriced just because I WANTED them and to have my daughter one day appreciate what I've acquired. The pearlescents and translucents I had gotten from Sosilver after buying a bunch of others and then we agreed on prices that def were in our boths interest if you consider a plastic toy not meant to more than few dollars being, well being enough to persuade him to sell them to me. Glad to know someone got the last Shimmer and she's in good hands!! VOX!!!!! You are the ONLY OTHER PERSON I know with that tinsel Sunset Shimmer!!!! I have one too!!! Maaaaan I am drooling over here over your translucent fluttershy!!!! I remember the good G4 days when we all stood up late refreshing taobao trying to snag those translucent prototypes!!!
Anyways, here is my shelf for now!!! Its messy as hay but im planning on buying about 4 of those nail polish display racks that hold 90-126 bottles for all these ponies. So far, as far as my brushables, this is the bulk of my collection:

Here are some of mine, I need to get them sorted and on display better, considering what I have in there lol I didn't really feel up to taking them out at this time of night, but I have a Fluttershy found on retail shelves with NO cutie mark, I have two towering entertainment stands also filled with cool finds, ponies with their manes being different than what was decided to go out into retail I have a handful with original pen marks on root areas of hair to decided where and how the colors should go. Not a huge deal because it's a pen mark, but I know it's a little more. All in all, my husband loves me an awful lot to let me invest in a childs toy which isn't to be played with. My 4 year old is a huge pony fan and I have given her 3 prototypes to display in her room on a shelf and she knows "mine" are actually OURS lol. I'm about to hit the hay! The tail of the music noted Celestia looks (from all you can see in the various shots from a couple sellers) that it's Rarity tail. The eyes are like the original prototype White Celestia after double checking on mine and I honestly think the wings have been spliced into what was supposed to be Rarity's body which may explain the crudeness. I could be dead wrong, but I think the music notes were maybe thrown in to perplex us all but I can't think of many reasons WHY Celestia of all ponies, would have the music notes randomly on her wing in such a hideous fashion. I don't think I will put too much stock into her being another prototype but have my orders in for her for kicks and giggles and because I may be completely and utterly wrong lol
also another thought....why would they finally release the much awaited and sought after WHITE celestia with weird out of character body graffiti or anything t all but the classic, beautiful and the wanted white one? I'd like to think that Hasbro would at least havethe sense to release her as she is and not with unwarranted vandalism lol

IS her body that of Apple Bloom? Or do Fluttershy and AB have different color plastics? I really don't remember and I have no idea where any of my AB's went.
Yeah, it has to be AB body with fluttershys head and FS's newer eyes, but the pink mane looks really neon pinkish to me and I don't know which version of FS had this hair color but looking at the picture of this little filly, I think it's maybe FS's older version hair.

You're right! After pulling up images of Posey, I can see the similarities. All I can say is to cross your fingers...in hopes of anyone new or it's legitimacy to the mlp name lol

I was the one who actually bought/won her. Her head size weirds me out too, but I was willing to risk feeling creeped out and possibly feel like a fool once she arrives. I was willing to throw 2x the winning amount at her just to have such an awkward addition to my collection. We'll see what's what when she arrives

Well I think that leaves me as a younger collector who grew up with older gens but collects the current G4's only. I think any meet will be a bit awkward for me now lol. I'm nervous but I really need to do something that gets me out of the house once every 8 months. I just can't get into the older gens, maybe they bring up unconscious negative thoughts or memories, but something about them irks me at times lol. Should I rethink the big meetup or will other new gen collectors be there as well??

Yay, local people! And Jupiter, I'd absolutely be down to meet any of you before the party! Especially since I'm not even sure I can make it in May (don't know my plans for sure). I've always wanted friends to go pony shopping/hunting with  If any of you are interested, you can PM me and I'll tell you whereabouts I am!
I'm always just a bit worried because I've found I'm on the younger side of this group, unlike a lot of you people who have been around collecting all the generations! I grew up with the late half of G1 but I sometimes feel late to the game around here 
I'm down to meet before the big meetup, just PM me!!
