Hi everyone,

Well, I was working on the descriptions of my unicorns for the website and I came with a problem, with all the new poses of the G4 'reboot' (the new molds).

With G1, we had lovely names for all the pony poses (collector pose, standing pose, proud pose, shy pose, and so on... you see what I mean).
G2, G3 and even G4 didn't really need that, as there were few different pony poses actually.

BUT : That not true anymore with the G4 'reboot' and it makes me wonder : Do we already have pose names for them ?

And if not... Why wouldn't we play that game ? 

Here are my propositions (For unicorns, as I have unicorns only) :

This one is an easy one, it's the 'standing pose' :

I would call this one the 'conversation pose' :

This one, the 'walking pose' (even if it's a bit different than walking) :

I'm desperately searching for 2 ponies, to complete my unicorns collection...

I'm not so desperate about FS Shining Armour, as he's new on shelves, but I'm searching for him alone, without Princess Cadance.
So, if anyone has one for sale, I'll be glad to buy him.

I missed auctions on her so many times, and now, it seems she has completely vanished of the surface of the earth...

Well, I thought about it, and it's not so crazy...

Have you ever wondered if there were, here in the arena, members like us who are in fact 'Hasbro spies' ?

Our MLParena is a huge, worldwide, well-known MLP collectors forum. Why wouldn't it be possible that some Hasbro's people are members here, just to observe us, to know what we think, what we want, as collectors ?

I mean, we're MLP former customers, aren't we ? We follow MLP for like 25 years, and more, and we still BUY (and now we're grown-up adults, with adult money)
That should be a good part of the market, and probably Hasbro know it.

Some things make me think like that :

Why did we cried out loud for blue, and yellow G4, and 'BAM', they're the next wave, not even one is pink this time !
Why did we loved Lyra in the show, though she was a nameless background girl, and 'BAM' she's real ! What about DJ unicorn ? And Zecora ?
Why did we named the unknown taobao pink unicorn 'Cherry Pie' (which is, we have to admit, a very simple name in front of every other G4 names) when she wasn't released, and had no box or what and 'BAM' she's named Cherry Pie on her box, months later.

Coincidences ?
Or is Hasbro here ?

What is your point ?

Sorry for the stupid thread, but from the time Glimmer Wings G4 were released, I can’t help questioning myself…

I’m collecting ONLY unicorns.

G1, G2 and G3 were not a problem, because there were earth ponies, pegasi and unicorns.

And then came the G4, with the winged unicorns. I decided not to buy them, because I personally don’t like alicorns (they’re not natural to me. You’ll say that unicorns aren’t natural either, but that not the point, lol).

… But but but ! What about GLIMMER WINGS RARITY ?
First I thought ‘not another alicorn !’ but I can’t stop thinking Rarity is a unicorn, and had wings only for a short time in a FIM episode because she was under kind of a spell, if I well remember.

So what ? Should I add her to my herd or not ? Should I buy her and break her wings away ?
She’s a release of unicorn Rarity (and I must have all of them !) but I hate thinking I can put wings in my herd…

What would you do, if you be me ?
