Title: Greek baby buggy
Post by: Saoirse on February 02, 2012, 01:14:19 AM
Im just wondering if this came with a baby pony or if it was sold on its own? I won one off ebay yesterday and am really excited about it :woot:
Not that I have a greek baby to put into it but hey..!
Doesnt anyone knows its approx value? I most likely overpaid but I really wanted it anyway so Im not fussed, and I dont have a HK/China buggy anyway :)

Greek buggies were sold with random baby ponies inside & the buggies came with a pink or blue umbrella. I've seen them sold separately in original non-MLP Greek packaging, as well. I'm not sure of the value on its own without a pony, but congrats on a cool purchase! :)

I love the blue buggy - there is something much cuter about it! Maybe its just because its not as common....

Congrats on a cool win!

El Greco, the Greek maker, introduced the baggy and the cradle as accessories for another very famous toy of that time - Bibi Bo doll. She was our national equivalent of Barbie doll and had a nephew and a niece (twin babies, total knock-offs from Mattel) who, apparently had no issues sleeping in furniture designed for four-legged animals, go figure... SPOILED BRATS! Still, the blue baby buggy IS cuter and suits those Greek babies!! Congratulations! I hope you'll find your own baby to put in! A friend of mine has baby Elsie (Bluebelle) in a blue buggy, the cuteness is beyond description!

No, actually, both versions were available for both toys! Cheeky El Greco! My MIB Baby Minty comes with the blue buggy - it doesn't get any better than this  !!!
