Spinning Top/Carousel thingy - anyone know what this is?

Sorting stuff for my next round of auctions in early May, I came across this odd piece of G1 merchandise.  It sits flat, but spins a bit like a spinning top.

I have the Stamps and pony cards but sadly not the carousel.

Now that is one pony thing I had when I was little. I found it at a garage sale and had to have it! I don't have my original one, but I did find one on ebay a couple years ago. Fun times!

I have it!  I just need the score cards - hathorcat was nice enough to scan her Spanish one for me but I still need the English.

I was lucky enough to find the merry-go-round and all the accesories for $5. Some of the score cards are used though, but most are blank.
