I have too much ponies and I want to organize a contest with a small pony prize pool :)
Does anyone have ideas for the topic ?

ooh i love contests!
hmm what about an art contest where you have to use at least 1 material that isn't used for painting (things like: yarn, cotton, glitter, gemstones, stuff like that :) )

Contests are fun!!! You could go with a theme, or some sort of common material. Or even a coloring contest :)

Do a previous Gen pony as a g4? Skeletonimp that sounds fun but it leaves out digital artists.
Do you have a favorite pony?

I vote for a theme! Could be anything from a word to a specific event.
Though I think it would need to be specified if OC's are allowed or only official ponies and if both are allowed.
Contests are exciting and fun~

skelletonimp, that's a cute idea, but i fear i'll have to agree with IIya - as a digital artist, I wouldn't be able to participate...

Idk, science fiction, Alice on wonderland, medieval, renaissensce, outer space, fantasy, nature, gotic, ...etc

Anthro is *slightly* different to humanoid. Humanoid requires the creature to be mostly human, with animal characteristics. The closest I'd see happen with that is a human with horse legs, like Pan. Maybe with a horn or wings for a pegasus or unicorn.

woah! i didnt know it were subcategories :P i have to start naming it crossbreed or something XD
I often just draw an animal head and tail on human body, other times i draw the limbs with animal shape too.

Well, not really official ones. To me, an anthro doesn't have a human head. Humanoid to me has a human head and add ons that aren't human, like Pan, or a mermaid. That's what I class my Arkillian Dragon souls (http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs12/i/2006/306/2/0/Arkillian_Dragon_Soul_by_Arkillian.png) as. There are titles like kemonomimi that also apply ( like cat ears or a tail or something like that). That's how I class it. One person is different to another though. Yours I'd class as anthro cause it's a horses head. That's an animal with a human body to me.
