PC: vintage 70s sanrio/takara- little twin stars playset: tsumiki house

Hey there folks,

I found the tsumiki today and although I really do find it cute, I want to keep myself from starting a new collection 
I did not find any infos online except 3 photos on flickr
it is not complete and has some little flaws
Any ideas on a fair price?

awwwww that's to cute of you- it really is 
as I did not mentioned before- the green one is koeda chan

found the bag along with other cute toys (2 different gloworm plushies, tinkle tots, dream builders, and more plus what I think might be g1 pony mould and paint but that will be an other thread)
