Greetings everypony,
It is that ever so fateful time when I must pack up my ENTIRE collection for a cross country move (US).Not only that, but the bulk of it must remain in storage for a long period of time as my housing is tiny and I am going overseas for awhile. The plan is to pack my favorites and irreplaceables with me, and store the rest at my parents. I would LOVE any and all suggestions for packing them up as safe as possible. So far I have only figured out I should have a colored bin to prevent sun damage, climate controlled area, and I've always kept them individually bagged. Also any ideas for packing fragile customs and the like is needed. Thank you all in advance so very much! <3
I am hoping this post can serve as a general guideline and resource for those with the same questions in the future.

Let me start off by saying what an amazing presentation! I love how you used pictures from the previous year. It looks super professional, I dare say we have the best pony meet ever  I am soooo looking forward to this meet. I feel like for the first time in a while I have my head screwed back on. Planning on bringing snacks (whoever brought those tuna sandwiches last year, I loved em!), custom SE pony meet items, loot boxes and a fun game to win prizes. I am officially donating NIB Guardian of Harmony figures P. Celestia and Nightmare Moon and maybe some custom items ^^ I will have tons of ponies for sale OR trade, all gens, including merch and accessories. I will also have a backup booth with non MLP items (e.g. carebears, JEM, RB, Batman/Marvel, Harry Potter, etc.). Can't wait for the trivia and mascot contest either, I've already got loads of ideas. If we manage to pull off a panel this year that would be great too! For ex. urocyonfox could teach us about art, styles, and materials, Kym could talk about sculpting, fine line work, eyes etc. Alissa can do crafts, Eternia can do couture, and the best I can offer is restoration. If anything we could just do it while eating lunch? Teaser pics of loot and inventory coming soon!

The only rare ones I think I have are the EU Burger King G4 figures that came out in 2013 (?) They're pretty decent size and detail wise. I have an extra PP still sealed if anyone needs. I'd love to have one of those French G2 perfume bottles

HUGE SALES! All gens, and lots of merch! Because there are just too many photos, please see the provided link for a thorough album of everything, I apologize in advance for the potato quality of the pics, but I am moving soon and limited on space at the moment. The order of the album goes as so: G4 plushies, G1s/G2s, BB figures/G4 figures, Media (books), Lunchbox/vinyl figures, Merchandise, Clothes, G3s, G3.5s, more merch, and then random non pony related items such as JEM, polly pocket, and carebears. Most of my inventory is in excellent condition, if you are interested in a particular pony that has flaws I will list them in detail and provide as many extra pictures as you want. Shipping is calculated based on weight and location. Here is my amazing swap package from LadyBastilla- thanks so much, I absolutely LOVE everything!  It's like she read my mind, I love wrapped gifts and opening these was so much fun! visitors can't see pics , please register or login Here is everything unwrapped and laid out! My friends and I totally destroyed all the treats last night watching the Simpsons Xmas specials ^^ They were all so yummy! And we rarely get to try international candies. I absolutely lost it when I saw the Star Trek ships, this set is from the 90s and some are htf. I am thrilled and have them hanging on the tree already. I had the Romulan one but I painted it to be show accurate ages ago, and I love to have one mint because I am neurotic like that  The magnets are awesome too! I've always wanted them but could ever get them for myself. The card is sweet, Christmas trees happen to be my favoritest thing so I love it. The piece de resistance, is definitely the custom picture ornaments of my furbabies, which I have proudly displayed at the tippy top of my tree (will add those pics shortly). It's particularly special because I cannot locate a box of my custom pet and MLP ornaments, and I've looked the house over 7 fold, sigh. In it is all my ornaments of Gaia and losing her this year and not having her ornaments either was just another emotional blow. This made it all better though! All the delicious treats! I can't wait to try the glitter and gold tea! Yum! The Frozen jellybellies are for my daughter. She was so excited! And I love mint m&m's so I was thrilled to receive two bags. I was thinking I may crush some up and bake them into some cookies. Bueno is one of my fave chocolate bars and so is Reese Sticks. Needless to say, those didn't last very long

She's pretty great, right?? hehe, I am not sure how bu tshe was my partner it turns out too! I just adored how everything was wrapped, I was like a kid tearing it all open. You got some awesome ponies too! They're lovely. I am getting pics of my brag together now ^^

Then there was an adorable dog house ornament with Cobi on it. I love it! Did you make all these ornaments? They are amazing.
The last two were a little sad, but they also made me smile. I have lots of ornaments for my animals, and I didn't get out Suki's this year since it's been hard on me. Capn was actually really thoughtful in putting the Schnauzer ornaments in the lunch box tin, but I opened the tin before I found the card. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be because they are both beautiful and sweet representations of my girl. I love the one with her picture and already put it on the tree, and the other actually reminds me of her a lot too. Thank you so much for making such a thoughtful box. It was completely amazing, and I was touched by your generosity and kindness.

I am so so so sorry you didn't find the letter first to warn you that the Suki ornaments were in the tin, must've shifted during travel. I am so glad you liked the ornaments though. I made/customized most of them, the exceptions were the G4 ornaments and the ornament with your name. The Suki figure was a full repaint, originally an all white Scotty, I tried to Schnauzer it up best I could ^^ and I do those glitter MLP ornaments every year. Making Nightlight was a lot of fun <3 I want you to know though I tried so hard to find you a perfect rat ornament! Apparently, they are not easy to find, by the time I decided to make you one the deadline had approached :x Maybe next year Like I said in the note, I think you were fated to be my partner, we both lost our girls around the same time so I know exactly what you are going through, I am just happy I could help in anyway. I know!!! Can't wait either! I got faked out earlier when there was a package on my door step. LOL it turned out to be something else.
Haha! I've been waiting by the door for the mailman like a sick puppy for days lol. A bit upset because I paid for 2 day shipping, dropped it off the 9th and it only JUST arrived at my partner's place. I guess it's extra busy for the post office atm.
