You can file after two days now. You are the seller, you set the rules. File a NPB and that may get their rear into gear OR it may not.
Three days and they haven't even contacted you? I never understood why people bid when they don't plan on paying immediately.

Unfortunately, I think it's buyers remorse. They buy it and then find a better deal somewhere else or realize they don't have the money and instead of contacting the seller and explaining their mistake, they'd rather just act as if it didn't happen. And the thing that kills me is eBay really doesn't do much about it. They record a NPB strike against them but it's basically taken off their account after a month as long as they don't do it more than twice in that time.
A good thing to do if you are selling something as a Buy-It-Now is to check that little box under your Paypal addy that says "require immediate payment" that way if it's sold it's also paid for.
