I live in a two bedroom apartment and managed to display a staggering amount of dolls + ponies along one corner and wall. I make great use of my space by using risers, floating shelves and IKEA shelves. Sadly no photos since I'm doing a major rearrange atm.

They only work if the card is capable of wireless transactions where you don't swipe the card but tap it against a payment reader instead. Even then people walking around and skimming wireless cards is pretty rare. It's more likely that someone picked up her info from a data breach or a card skimmer. :/

I made the broccoli pot pie from Oh My Veggies but put it in a casserole pan instead. It's everything she said it would be, easy and delicious! Now I just need to take better food pictures. You'll have to believe me when I say it's good.

Wikipedia says,"A casserole is a large, deep dish used both in the oven and as a serving vessel. The word is also used for the food cooked and served in such a vessel." I love how much "vessel" comes up! I'm so easily amused.

So off the top of my head here is a run down of what I've made before. Spaghetti Pies are fun and fairly easy especially if you have a spring form pan. Shepard's Pie is a great option if you have left over mashed potatoes and it's very easy to make vegetarian. Just use lentils. On Oh My Veggies, I made the Broccoli Cheddar Brown Rice Casserole two Thanksgivings in a row now.

I think I'm either going to make a pot pie or a gratin.
