Trader & Shipping Support / Help from Germany! Ebay seller fraud or what?

Hi!

I won an auction a while ago. Seller told me it was sent and ebay has a shipping code for Hermes. Ebay shows the package has been sent and Hermes web-site and customer service says that the package has been bought = edm but not sent. Seller is mean and isn't co-operative and I'm pissed.

Can someone help and does anyone now seller sandrde_wzu147c3?

Trader & Shipping Support / Ebay help/wrong address and tracked shipping

Hi!

I'm asking help on behalf of my friend.

She bought an item from Ebay and it was sent as " international first class package international service and features priority mail international parcel ". First question, does this type of package include tracking?

On USPS-website there is only mention about pre-shipment info and then 9 days later "delivered, In/At Mailbox" and the same city that the package left. Second question, does anyone think it is possible that the package came all the way to Finland and then back in 9 days? The seller says the package did not come back to him/her.

My friend had just moved and she had the old address in PayPal but Finnish Post re-directs the post for a while after the change so I don't think it was the problem..

The seller asked about the package from USPS and they answered they can't do anything about it. And our customs has no trace about the package. 

So, third question. Can my friend ask refund via Ebay? Will ebay automatically be on the sellers side for the wrong address?

Sorry for so long posting, hope someone reads this and can help ^.^

I collect G1-ponies and now my almost 4-year old daughter wants to start collecting G4-ponies :)

She is a huge fan of both FiM and Equestria Girls.

So I would like to buy a quite big lot of G4 ponies and dolls. Mainly brushables :)

I live in Finland so you have to be prepared to ship international!

Hi!

I thought I'd share this ebay-hassle too... I'm starting to get fed up, 3 scams in a year :(
And all are made by good-feedback people... Two here, one  on ebay.

Here is the most recent one on ebay:

I bought this ~30 pony lot from Ebay.de. I asked for shipping costs, and was told 17 € (this is dhl with tracking).

I bid and won. The seller wanted bank transfer so I asked for the IBAN-number. The seller took his/her time and when I received it , I wasn't able to pay (my bank stuff was in different place). I told the seller I will pay in a few days. He /she opened a case which I understand. I made the payment and the seller send me a thank you note. After few days, I got the standard mail from ebay that my order has been shipped.

I waited around two weeks and no package. I asked the tracking code and the seller answers that he/she didn't get a tracking (with 17 € you will get tracking!).

I opened a case but ebay says it  is not valid 'cause "the item was not covered with ebay-cover".

Yestrday I connected the ebay customer service because I noticed the same seller is selling the same ponies, but in smaller patches o_O

Rude and awful. All this time the seller haven't responded my or ebay's messages :(

Has anyone else been in the same situation?

Edit: this happened in ebay.de and the seller is ichbindererstejaodernein

Hi!

I hope it is ok for me to post here even though this has happened in MHarena? If not, please delete.

I bought a lot of dolls from angelfish in October. She sent them, I waited. In the end of November/early December I asked did she have the customs number because I haven't got the package. She tracked it (?) and it was stuck somewhere in California.

Early December she said she got it back and would send it to me. I said I will pay the shipping or we'd pay it half and half.

Then... Nothing. I did send her a few messages and thought she was busy etc. PayPal window has closed. I tried to send an email to the same address as PayPal... It came back straight away.

Now I'm trying to find someone who knows her?

She is active in doll-collecting (other than MH also).

Please, if you know her message me!

I was totally surprised... I got home from work and my boyfriend asks who lives in The Netherlands? "You got a letter from someone there." I was like  :huh:

My friend got her hands on this weir baby pony. She won it on Finnish auction site. The seller had no idea of her origins.

Head is loose but the color is even inside and out.

There is "1984 hasbro pat pend made in hong kong" under hoofs.

Pony Corral / Cool factory error/variant Baby Starbow

I got an upgrade for my Baby Starbow today (from Sarah Bee, thank you  ^.^). I was going to put my previous Baby Starbow for sale but then I noticed she looks kinda strange and compared her to my other Starbows... I have big- and small-symbol Raindrops and the small-symbol one is more pink than the big-symbol variant.

Is there a colour difference or is my other Raindrop just discoloured?
