New 35th Anniversary Collector Ponies Spotted! Pics!

I saw all six at my TRU (Orem, UT, USA) yesterday.  Sadly they were not included in the MLP buy one/get one 40% off deal.

I have never seen the retro section go on sale-

I do- it's just a short detour on the way to work, so if I get there early I drop by.

Often there are ponies there- twice when I got there very early they had a complete set-  twice also I've gotten there only to find Butterscotch and Snuzzle

So they are clearly restocking and restocking and restocking

Canada update: I just received an update email from Indigo in regards to my previous inquiry. I was told that no specific release date has been set yet BUT that the Collector AND Rainbow ponies should become available in Canada in June! I’m trying not to get too excited about the rainbow ponies in case that was an error on their part just copying and pasting the ponies I mentioned. But, I can’t help but hope...

I'm worried about how TrU closing is going to affect the later waves. Hopefully, like Target some will stay open.

With TRU closing in the US it looks like our only place for these will be Target.

I noticed that they DO have listings up right now for the Anniversary Ponies- (they aren't in stock yet) so maybe they will sell them before they close?

It's a concern that the loss of US TRU might impact unfavourably on the whole project.

Good news for Canada that there's finally some news. I am getting fed up with athe complete lack of information about European release. MLP Merch says that the Rainbows are now due in June. I was previously told Spring by TBD but now they're saying they've not told anyone a release date for the US and aren't commenting on the UK or Europe at all by avoiding the question.

@Galactica -some people on here have already found the anniversary ponies at TRU over there.

I went to my Toys R US today and they didn't have them. I doubt they will show up now in my Toys R US since the stores are all closing.

Great to finally have some news! Thanks for the info. I've been checking my 3 nearest Indigo stores weekly. Time to exercise some patience.
