What would you name your future children?

I like Tadhg for a boy and Maebh for a girl.
Tadhg is the Irish for Timothy, my grandad's name, but also means 'poet/philosopher' which is appropriate to my tastes.
Maebh was a mythical and quite powerful queen of Ireland.

Ha! My kids are lucky to have names at all! My husband and I could not agree on our oldest daughters name till 3 weeks before she was born. He wanted Sommer Sky. I said Sequoia Summer. We ended up with Lorelei Summer. For our second, he came home one day and said if we had another daughter he liked the name Genevieve. We went with Genevieve Skye. He still wants to change the spelling of Skye to Sky.

For girls, Charlotte and Elizabeth. Charlotte would be the first born I'm thinkin.

For boys I have no idea. I really like Atticus but I'm more inclined to give that as a middle name. I like William too.

I dunno, it depends what the last name is lol.

As someone with an unusual first name/nickname combo, I won't saddle my kids with anything weird. 
We've given our ferrets some unusual names (Arwen and Musashi) but the kid is going to get a normal name.  The ferrets aren't going to be picked on for a weird name, after all!

Eric and Jeremy for boys
Melody (or a name beginning with A) for girls

i never heard "kids with fur" before and it´s mentioned quite often here.
 the first time i read it, i stared at the monitor, unbelieving. like "what the? why don´t they say hair?" then i read further and understood. but the first seconds were priceless!!

Makenna Greer is my current top choice for a girl, and I love Declan Michael for a boy. I also really like Ireland for a girl... my friend and I were looking at a baby name book at the nail salon and that was just so unique and edgy. I also really like Flannery Teal for a girl, and Norah Jade (but I probably can't name a child Jade now - my best friend is named Jade!).

I am not 100% set on any names since raising a family is a looong ways away for me right now. But I really love the name Eve and Anya (or Enya? like the singer... not sure how it is "officially" spelled). I REALLY don't know about boys names yet.

I am drawn towards names that are really unique, but not ones that are too hard to pronounce.

We have a semi-forgotten family tradition of "Lee"/"Leigh" as a middle name.  My boyfriend is French, and it is common there to have two middle names, so I would probably use my last name as the second middle name.  An I figure for a boy, we'll use a French name, for a girl, we can use a Scottish Gaelic name, since my father is from Scotland.

For a girl, Marsaili Leigh MyLastName HisLastName  (yes, I am aware that it ends up with two "lee" sounds toward the middle...but I love that name).
