Title: Savers thrift store haul
Post by: Mana Minori on January 11, 2018, 05:32:56 PM: I found myself going on a thrift store run today, since I had nothing better to do, and the first place I wound up was Savers Thrift store (I love this place). I found (and got) my first (non reproduced/anniversary) g1 pony, a TAF Milky Way, which I'm over the moon about!!! She needs some serious TLC and spa time, though- as do the others. Also, I got a g3 Wondermint, g3.5 Sweetie Belle, and g4 Pinkie Pie. Pretty sweet deal for just $3.99, and getting a pony from nearly every gen.

I'll post them before, though they might break the camera, not being as camera ready as they could be. I'm afraid to give Milky Way a bath just yet, without guidance and identifying her blemishes.

thank you. I don't quite know if she is my first, considering I got the reprints of the retro 35th anniv. ponies a few days prior to getting her. But I'll count it as a 1st, since she's not a retro. First thing I did was check her hoof print, when I found her. hehe. I'm hoping that Milky Way will be sparkling like the star she is, after I clean her up. There are some funky stuff on her hooves and body.

I know! I love me some galaxy related ponies. I'm SO deeply in love with astronomy. And while I would've liked to dig up a Galaxy, Milky wWay is just as good. True to her name, she is quite milky, fresh out the thrift packaging.

looks can be deceiving, especially with my crummy tablet camera. She has pindot mold that I've been gradually working at for days, her tail is rusty, her hair is n horrible condition, as is most of her symbol on once side, and I'm not sure if she has mold on the inside. Poor girl needs a lot of work
