Pony Corral / CM ponies have oddly thin hair?

My CM Applejack has very thin/weird hair. I can't keep it looking good without having it in a braid, and it's just really frustrating! At least shine brights had manageable manes! Are all CMs like this?

Pony Corral / Dogs vs. Ponies

When I was little we got a new puppy after my dog passed away, and she DESTROYED half of my childhood herd. Most lost a limb and their nose, but I do have one pony that might be able to be restored. She a G3 Applejack. Her face has various little pen-sized dents and a small crack under her muzzle. She has a couple more on the rest of her body. One of her legs has some cracks and dents and the other is badly chewed (but still recognizable as a leg) and she can still stand. She was my favorite pony too.

Is she restorable?

What's your opinion on fakies? I just picked up a pink Boley today, so my train of thought led to this, hehe.

I honestly love them, as they're part of my childhood herd.

I may not buy right now, but I'm only buying. I only have 1 G1 and 0 G2s, and I'm looking to fix that. I have Princess Glittering Gem, so that's it. I'd like them to be cheap-er, as my pony budget is small.

I just realized something. My 1st grade teacher had a Mimic! Along with another pony and the playset! I seriously wish I knew her number, she'd probably give them to me for free. I was the best 1st grader she'd ever had.

Introductions / Hi Everyone!

As with a lot of people here, I played with ponies when I was younger. I never really disliked MLP after I stopped playing with them, but then I got on a kick about the show ever since October 10th, 2010. Me and my little sister were both like "OHMYGOSH MLP!!". I got my first G1 a couple months ago, a brush and grow Princess Glittering Gem.
Haha, I'm gonna keep on rambling, so I'll wrap it up. Nice to meet you all and I know I'll have a great time!
