I used the huge Talking Celestia as a bait, and this is what I've got so far on her :3

I have a question ... did you dismantle the whole wing mechanism or just get the cloth off and use the armature underneath (assuming there is some?)

actually I just painted the wing fabric black and sewed feathers onto it :3

She's gonna be a long project, but hopefully she'll be done quickly :3

I love the wings!  And I'm so glad SOMEONE found a good use for those Princess Celestias (gags).  They're clogging up the thrift stores up here.  Let me know if you figure out how to reprogram her so that she says something more interesting than "I love when you brush my mane!" (gnashes teeth!).

<.< I want more of them, get me some Mismatch! let me know how much they cost in the thrift stores seriously, if I can get my hands on several of them I might be able to sacrifice a few to figure out how to get them apart. I never did get this one apart, but I managed to destroy the voice box without hurting the lights
