Need Some Advice: RetroDollsUS Shipment-Resolved!

Hey! So I ordered some of those rerootable Monster High CAM caps from RetroDolls US on the 28th of Feb. They were shipped on the 2nd of March and I have yet to receive them!  :huh: To be honest I kinda forgot about them, which is rather irresponsible on my part :( I'm located in the US, so I don't think it should be taking so long, but I'm not sure...Is this normal? Should I contact RDUS or am I jumping the gun too soon?

EDIT: As it turns out RDUS has been quite ill recently :( RevRuby (who makes the caps and ships them) will be sending my order so everything's been sorted out! I'm very grateful to them both :heart:

Contact her. The worst she can say is wait longer and she may be able to find it from her end.

Hmm, okay. Thank you very much! ^.^ Hopefully everything will turn out well. I don't think I've ever had a package in transit to me this long, so I'm a bit wary...

She's really good about getting these matters fixed. When you mail things out in bulk, you tend to see more packages going missing. But she won't know it's missing till you tell her :)

Maniahs right she is very good about fixing issues.  I would shoot her an email. I am sure she will resolve your issue in a jiffy.  Although if I remember correctly she did hurt her back or something pretty bad recently. So if she does not get back right away, that is why.

Ahh yes I understand how some packages could become missing in large shipments. And that's too bad about her getting injured  :( I can see now why it's taking so long! I did email her but I'm going to check out that thread too, thanks a lot guys!  :)

i'm really sorry. i've been making them and shipping them for RDUS, and i could swear i sent all shipments out! i'm making new this week, can i make it up to you by doubling the order at no extra charge? RDUS does have some in stock atm but she's really ill right now too, and since i was the one who shipped your order i'll make it up.

Shannon got your email and pm and is going to try to reply today. she has been having trouble getting to the computer to reply but will try.
