It appears to be a HTI Twilight Sparkle figure. Is the star on the wing a sticker? It seems that those came with a variety of stickers, one appearing to be the same. As far as I can tell, I think that it's the 2017 version.

I just noticed- Is her cutie mark misprinted? It looks like its on the wings. Nothing on the flank.
