how to you post pictures in the arena?

How do you post pictures in the arena? Just need to know so I can learn and start posting some pics.

We don't have a function that allows a direct upload to the Arena. So everyone uses their offline image accounts (Photobucket, Imageshack, etc) and hotlinks the pictures into their posts.
