Removing Feedback?

I left a neutral feedback for a member on the arena, but that member has gone above and beyond to fix the situation  and I would like to change my feedback to a positive one now. Is that something I can do? Or does a mod have to do it. 

Also when will I have my 5 posts a day limit lifted? Its really annoying.

An admin will have to remove it. It lifts when you get to 50, though it might take the Arena a couple hours to "catch up" to the fact.
