The one with the lighter drops has no country on the foot. Just Hasbro, the year and "pat pend".
The other is a HK one.

What are they worth??

The one with no country stamp is Spanish and is worth around $20

The HK Baby is the regular release Baby Lemondrop and she is worth about $15 or so.
