NEW 01/16: Finger Paints fell in love with his model  :lol:  :lol:


Maybe you remeber the painting that Finger was making... He portrayed Strawberry Swirl  ;)

The day that I made the easel I was hoping to buy Strawberry, I imagined they as a couple, he the artist, she the model :lol: and finally I bought her today  ^.^


So I took new photos  :biggrin:

I bought one Finger Paints 3 days ago.

He wasn´t in a very good condition. He has pen marks, I had to cut a little his hair, and one of his ears has a cut.

So I decided to make a paintbrush to put on his ear to hide the cut. Then I thought that a palette for his leg would be a nice idea, so I also made it (it can be removed since I made a bracelet for it). And all that is good because the pen marks now seem to be the paint that Finger is using to paint his painting  :lol:

And then I relised that I had Starbucks wood sticks (that ones that you use to mix the coffee), so I decided to make an easel  :biggrin:

Then I added to it pencils, a towel (I use it to wash the paintbrushes) and a galss for the paintbrushes, I made them with cold porcelain.

The picture is atached to the easel with velcro, so I can change the painting if I want  ^.^


And well, that is the result  :)

Firecloud: I think that for Hasbro all the G3s are girls, but I see some of my ponies as boys, for example Finger Paints, Denim Blue, Star Catcher, Mistletoe and almost all the babies. There is something in the pose - color combo - face expression of that ponies that makes them boys for me  :lol:  :lol:

That is absolutely adoreable, and so well made! Finger Paints is one of the few G3s I like and want (I'm an artist, so I feel like I should have one!) and this is just the sweetest little thing. Well done!

That is amazing! You did such a great job!
And I can totally see Fingerpaints as a he :) I made many of my G3s boys, it's so much more fun that way :)
