I stress about this every year! And birthdays and Christmas.. lol.
I hate buying gifts for people that don't ever "want" or "need" anything - my mom! They make it so not easy when you're going to buy them something anyway.

I thought I had the coolest idea last year. I sent her a huge strawberry planter with some strawberry plants. Who doesn't love fresh strawberries!? But she never said if they bloomed or if they were even planted at all. I dunno. It was kinda disappointing.

So I'm thinking this year is a gift card kinda year..

Does anyone have any cool ideas?

Does anyone know if McDonalds is going to have My Little Pony in the happy meals again this year? Isn't it around March when they have them? They're popular enough, I think it would be good for McDonalds to do it again.

I've never been a big book reader, but I'm starting to enjoy it more and I like reading for a little bit at night before bed. Unfortunately I'm very clueless as to what is out there. I could go to a book store and wander around.. but it would be nice to have to recommendations to check out too.
I enjoy animal stories, especially with dogs or horses. I also like mysteries and thrillers and scary stories. Other than that I dunno.. Help!

Mine will forever be the time I did the splits at a pancake breakfast. LOL.
I had just finished getting my food and held a plate in one hand and a drink in the other, and was on my way to the table. I didn't notice that the floor was wet.. and well.. I ended up on the floor in a perfect split. If I wasn't so embarrassed, I would have been proud of myself - I didn't lose my plate or spill a single drop of my drink!

There was also the time I was at the beach and I was like 5 or so. I had to pee really bad and refused to go "discreetly" in the ocean (was pretty much my only choice. I was on the verge of tears and it was a LONG walk to any bathroom) I finally just whipped open my bathing suit and went right where I was standing, while yelling out I'M PEEING!  I think this would have been more like my family's most embarrassing moment "because of me" cause I was too young and had to go too badly to really care. Apparently the people who set up their towels next to us got up and moved.

I'm looking for someone who can make me a custom of my pony persona out of one of the new McDonalds keychain ponies. I'm not sure which one, but the customizer could help me decide.

I don't know if this has been asked since recently there have been tons of blind bag threads I haven't read but.. Does anyone prefer to purchase blind bags without looking at the little numbers to see what pony is inside?
It's cool to be able to pick out your favorites, but I think half the fun is in the surprise. And that is the whole point of them anyway.

Is it just me? 

My Target has no Valentine section.  The seasonal area is filled with household stuff and other random junk that looks like they just stuck there cause there is nothing else to put on the shelves.

I'm confused!
