I bought an FS Applejack from her, she sent it but missed most of the accessories, and she said she'd get them out Tuesday. That was in May. I sent an email to her PayPal address, I'll let you guys know if I hear back from her.

I have known Firecracker Burst from before the arena, a long time ago.  And she often flakes in and out of internet life.  I think if you can get your money back, that is for the best.

I have officially escalated my dispute with pay pal to a claim. They have given her until July 20,2012 to respond. With the way things have gone so far I doubt she will. We'll see what happens next.

Anyone know? I've never had to do this before.

You did the right thing    
 well.. its hard to say for sure whether she will respond or not to the claim. If she does decide to respond then hopefully she will work things out with you, if she doesnt then there is a very good chance that the claim will  just be closed in your favor and you'll get your money refunded. Let us know how it goes. Its such a shame when it has to go to this stage, but sometimes its neccessary

I guess I'm lucky I never went through with that trade with her. She contacted me back in the beginning of May, wanting several blind bags and a bunch of my G4 animal friends and offered a few ponies from my wish list (Streaky & Minty with the 3D mints as well as the 2011 Pinkie Pie ornament) for trade. I asked for pics and she kept making excuses for why she couldn't take the pics yet (the last one was something about bailing her bf out of jail) and eventually I never heard from her again. I didn't push it because I was getting nervous about how she'd go several days between messages even though she was online between that time and ended up just forgetting about it and taking the items she wanted back off hold. I was upset she wasted my time, but I guess it could have been worse.

Just receive an email from Pay Pal. She never responded to anything so they decided in my favor.  Thank You ponylady for reminding me I could file a dispute in the first place.    I just thought I was going to be out my money and ponies.  This is what Pay Pal said:

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favor.
We were able to recover $25.00 USD and this amount has been credited to you.  Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.
If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.
