I believe if you have shipped already for a swap then it doesn't count towards your total, but check with one of the Customs Mods to be sure.

I just bought a big lot of fixer-uppers off ebay with some less common and Euro ponies needing rehairs--I'm excited to start, too!

Ok, I got the answer: the swap is done once the participant's partner has received their pony and the rule is pretty strict, one can't join more than three

Hooray!!  Ohmygosh so many awesome people are joining!  I just saw Pythia joined....*dies*!!  Her Poison Ivy Lady Flutter still gives me goosebumps:)
This swap is going to be so much fun.  So are we only supposed to send 1 rehaired pony, or can we send more????

Can't wait to get started!  I have some fantastic ponies that desperately need a hair make-over.

Any thoughts/feelings/rules about using ponies that aren't completely mint in the body? I know we'll all try to find the best looking pony we can, but not always can a proper pony be found with manky hair but perfect body. Are tiny scuffs or marks on the body okay?

I just don't want to disappoint a super picky swap buddy if I happen to not be able to find a perfect body.

I know I wouldn't mind some marks to the body  I doubt that finding a good rehair candidate with perfect body but lousy hair would be easy. Possible yes, but not necessarily easy. It is a good question, I would love to hear what others think.

I pretty much just encouraging people to list common ponies, so it will be easy to find ponies with decent bodies, but not so good hair. Ponies with curly hair in particular tend to get all frizzy even if their bodies are fine. I have several of Rainbow Curl baits with good bodies and AWFUL hair. That being said, you may restore the bodies in any way needed. Give them a bath, retouch paint, etc.
