help please

im working on a custom im trying to make bunny ears out of fluffy fabric but well my third attempt has just gone wrong as for the first two attempts well ahhhhh i was just wondering if anyone has done this and if so could you give me some advice please she will look so cute with the ears but at the moment im about ready to throw in the towel and give up help advice anything maybe some pics so i can see where im going wrong i dont know

Hasbro had Easter Ponies with fluffy bunny ears several years ago.  If I recall the ears would have a front side and a back side that would be sewn together, leaving the bunny ears themselves hollow so they could slide down over the pony's ears.  Does that make sense?  Then maybe sew a piece of ribbon on each side so that the whole thing can be tied around the pony's head (the Hasbro ears used an elastic piece to do this).  Good luck!

I think I may have a pair of the hasbro ears in my bait box if you just want to use those instead!
