I have an invasion of gnats. They started out in one of my plants. I put a sticky spike in the soil to catch them, but they must be laying eggs in the soil or something. I can't see anything, so I'm only assuming. But there are so many of them. I put sticky spikes in all my plants and some are completely full. It's gross, man. The worst thing is they fly close to my face because they want to moisture in my eyes and mouth. I already swallowed one and snorted another. My desk is next to all my plants, so they are constantly flying around me. I don't want to put anything in the soil incase it harms the plants. I think I'll make a few vinegar traps and set them on my desk. Maybe that will keep them away from my face.

Sleep has been all over the place, AGAIN!!! It's annoying & makes me late for things/ miss things.
At least I got the card out on Monday, & some packages arriving on Tuesday meant I made coffee on Tuesday. After coffee I went into town for a few bits. Town was up & down. Up in the sense of I found the PERFECT size of loaf tin!!! Down in the sense of one of my fave shops being shut until Saturday. Up in the sense of the tasty cheesecake I ate!!! Down in the sense of the freezer at Tesco. Up in the sense of the lift I got home!!!
Got some needed stuff & some fun stuff & had a relatively good day.
And I'm on the knitting & crochet. I'm nearly done a hat, so sorting the yarn to get it finished & still make the second fingerless glove. I think I've done it just about, & have a couple more integrations to do before starting its scarf. Glove started on, & so far it looks matching...
BC, Frostbite, ridiculous postage costs are the bane of everybody's life!!!

I wanted to check out frozen veg & get my fave frozen veggieburgers from Tesco. Some hope: the vegetable & vegetarian freezer was broken until the end of the week!!!. So I got some chilled veggieburgers instead & missed out on frozen veggies!!!

Because I have racked up so many lieu hours ( we don't get paid overtime), I was forced to take a day off by my supervisor. When I got back to the office, I spent my entire workday going to meetings that I was completely unprepared for and faking my way through... now I will have to do extra work to make my reports extra-detailed so that it looks like I went above and beyond, instead of "catching up on things I should have done two days ago, but with only one workday to actually work on them"

I skimmed my Walmart's kids section for the shorts but nothing stood out to me as MLP
Edit: Went to 5 Below and found the pony head thing but also found on the wall where the graphic t-shirts are located, an image of Firefly with the text "To the Moon"... Could not find the shirt and the lady that was assisting at self-check (technically she was using the self-check as a normal checkout lol) said she hadn't seen that shirt for a few weeks. I'll get an image up of the graphic if no one else does soon

I honestly don't know what the state of play is with releases of most English manga over here but I suspect it's probably worse than the US or Canada, honestly. Whenever I see anime or manga related stuff here, it's only from a limited handful of pretty mainstream and popular shows. My library has manga but it's all pretty old as well xD.
I haven't checked up on the new Yona chapter yet. It's been a stressful month, and I think I need to be more Zen (zeno?) before I read it, given that each month ups the drama.
I love the Apothecary Diaries but there are moments that the story dabbles off in a funny direction before coming back to Maomao and Jinshi. Or maybe I just like Maomao and Jinshi interacting and don't care so much about some of the broader themes.
