Might be a little over simplified, but it's fairly good.

I went to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday.  Getting a pass to the gym was something I should have gotten a while ago.

I interviewed at a second place since I never heard back from the first company other than "well we don't have a spot yet but we want to hire you when we do"....  I got an email last night asking me to come in for a second interview, today.  When I got there they told me I got the job!!  Its contract work for 90 days and if they think I'm a good fit I get hired full time!!  It's a dream come true and it's much closer to where my BF works so moving out there would be the perfect fit.  I"m finally a 3d artist!!

Thursdays are my no-exercise day, but there was a total body class this morning that I wanted to go to (taught by my personal trainer), so I traded my "45-minutes of anything" that I usually do on Saturdays for today and will take my day off on Sat.

Most recent weigh-in was 136!  Down another pound and a half in the last week or so.  :D

But my partner's family thinks that I may have a thyroid problem, since my hair falls out once a year (it's doing it right now actually), I'm tired majority of the time, and I have difficulty losing weight. Got a blood test, waiting for results.

Good luck with that. :hug: I hope your test results are favorable to you, but I'm leery in this area. Too many doctors think that blood test is an unquestionably holy gold standard when it really should just be a guideline. My test results all came in the "normal" range, so my first doctor told me (and my 20 hypo symptoms) that I'm fine. If I hadn't gone to a different doctor, I wouldn't have discovered I have a thyroid auto-immune disease.

I'm rooting for you.

Bump bumpity bump bump!  This thread is too helpful to die!  XD

Big update from me!  Since I started my 6 day/week workout routine and readjusted my diet a month and a half ago, I've been steadily losing the weight I put on from surgery and recovery.  In the past couple weeks, my pants have begun to zip easily again, then this week I put on the jeans I've had folded away for a year or so and they didn't just fit, they needed a BELT!

Today, I had my body fat measured for the second time.  On February 4th, I was at 24.8% and about 138 pounds.  Today, I was down to 21% and 130.4 pounds!!!!!!!!!  :squee:  I have passed my pre-surgery size and am now down to about where I was in high school!  I'm only 5 pounds from the ultimate goal that I wasn't sure was reachable!  Yep, I'm on top of the world right now.  :)

What, specifically, did you change about your diet? (assuming you haven't mentioned it already--I'll check earlier posts) update: I found your post, but if you'd like to share more details about specific foods, I'm all ears, heh heh.

My progress has been slowing as I cheat a little bit too much on my eating program, but my chart still shows that I am going down. This weekend I bought new jeans in a size smaller than I used to wear :)
