Sad to read about the problems with Dollyhair.com.
I order from Germany (small amounts max. 6 bags) and had never problems with her shop. I love the quality of the hair, the careful packaging and that many colors matches the vintage ones.
Only thing I can agree is the communication problem. I have contacted her last year because of some colorchanges via email but got never a feedback.

They are also in Germany now!  I got Starlight Glimmer, Coloratura, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie. Is this the complete wave 1? They look so nice. I'm really in love with them.
