SHS Fancy Flower Question?

Hello!  I emptied out some boxes of ponies today and one of them comtained all my SHS ponies. I have two Fancy Flowers.  One has pink hair and pink eyeshadow and the other white hair and white eyeshadow.  The eyeshadow descrepancy made me curious I figured the hair was just faded but upon further inspection even the hair inside the mane where it is stitched appears white. I have included a picture of the inside of her head.  She had tail rust when I got her.  There are still some bits visible in the pic.  I need to clean it better!  Anyway does anyone know if she was ever made with white hair?

Would still fetch a guess that she's faded. Purple eyes will fade to a lighter bluish tone.
That's lovely hair that she has!

Yeah, she's faded ^^ Mine's the same way, only halfway through I can see on her earring that the pink is indeed fading, and her tail is still the original colour:

Wow. Sunfading effects on pony plastics can still amaze me. It's like she was rooted and painted white to start with... All my Posey/Kiss Curl ponies that I have had with white hair have been faded right into their roots too, as have their symbols.

You can always do some re-pinking if you want their hair to get that vibrant pink shade back... :o)

Interesting!  Thanks everyone!  I think she is pretty the way she is.  I think the white hair looks pretty too!

Half fading on Fancy Flower is weirdly common - they must have used different hair batches between mane and tails as the number which turn up with completely faded manes but still bright pink tails is weird!

Both of your girls are lovely even with the red pigment leach and hair fade - she suits the white!

Yeah, isn't that weird? I bought her as is and I thought she is really interesting and unique. I´m guessing she was sitting on a shelf or something with her rump in the shade? We had a thread a few months ago with mismatched ponies and actually quite a few ponies were like this, mane faded, tail vibrant. It seems to also be common with Sunspot ^^

To be honest, I might even prefer her with white hair

*^_^* White hair is absolutely lovely on her ~ I'm quite jealous.
I just realized I need her Whenever I find her, I will be sitting her out in the sunlight!
