Wanted! / Looking for a few G3's I can pick up in Cincinnati
« on: March 15, 2017, 04:31:10 PM »
I pack shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child and I'd like to do a couple MLP themed boxes. I need 2-4 new or like new G3's. They do not have to be in the boxes, I'm going to take them out anyway. It doesn't matter which ones they are, common (cheap!) ones are fine, I'd just like to pick them up in Cincinnati so I don't have to pay shipping.
Show me what you got!

Price Check Archives / PC Sweet Shoppe Acc. and Strike Up the Band Baton
« on: October 29, 2016, 02:26:53 PM »
Hi everybody! I haven't been on here in ages, but I just found a box of pony stuff hidden away. Mostly pony wear and baby accessories. I have no idea what current prices are for accessories.
So, I need a PC for the following:
Silver baton from Strike Up the Band, with or without the outfit.
Sweet Shoppe items-3 sundaes, 3 floats, 4 yellow and green heart shaped things (lights?), the counter and 2 chairs.
TIA, and I can provide pics if necessary. These items are also for sale.

Wanted to add that neither I or the buyer have ever had to give the damaged merchandise to the PO. Once I had to give them photos, but that's all.

A few months ago I sold some candlesticks on eBay. Despite several layers of bubble wrap and packing peanuts, they arrived broken in half. I filed a claim online and received a full refund by check for the items and postage within a week or two. Then I refunded the buyer through PayPal.
I've lost track of how many items the PO has damaged. Thankfully the process of filing an insurance claim is pretty painless.

I don't sell as much as I used to, but Walgreens used to regularly have bubble mailers on sale 3/$1. The dollar store usually has the 8x10 size in 2 packs for $1. I add the .50 price of the envelope into the shipping cost.

Pony Corral / Intials J and sometimes A on ponies and accessories.
« on: January 23, 2014, 11:00:04 AM »
I don't collect anymore, and I'm getting ready to put the whole herd up on eBay. I've noticed a several ponies with the inital J (and sometimes A)under the hooves. I also have a lot of baby accessories with a J on them. I'm guessing I got them all together in a lot, I used to buy huge lots off eBay.
I was just wondering if they used to belong to anyone on here?

People actually make diapers for chickens so the poop is not an issue.

Adorable hen, btw :)
I googled "chicken diapers". They actually sell them on Amazon!

It depends a lot on the box you use also. There can be a pound or more difference depending on the thickness of the cardboard, size of the box, etc.

Since USPS changed it from "delivery confirmation" to 'tracking", the number is sometimes useless. A while ago I mailed a package and 2 days later the tracking number said it was delivered back to me! And sometimes it looks like the package is bouncing all over the country. Sort of aggravating.

For clothes I like purple, dark blue, teal & turquoise, but I've been adding some orange lately because it seems to look good on me. NO white, pink or yellow. My walls are painted mostly green & blue, and my bedroom is light purple. I really dislike brown, red, yellow or gold. When I first bought my house all the rooms were painted a taupe color. It was hideous.

I would be interested in a private swap later in the year, maybe September. I'm moving this summer and not sure I want to take on anything else right now.

This is probably one of the coolest spring/summers we've had in several years. We're supposed to only have a high of 78° today. Still humid & sticky though, humidity is 73%, dew point is 65°. But it's always humid here, so at least it's not humid & hot!

I drink about half of it then nuke it for about 30 seconds. Or I add more hot coffee to the cup. However I do it I never drink it all the way to the bottom of the cup.
