I love the chasers but I'm so very glad that spitfire and sweetie drops don't have them at the moment.  I refuse to pay eBay prices and am still hunting all but dash and the grey one.

Me too, because I still need all the chasers (not counting SDCC Dash and Bubbles).

Need Luna pony. Don't care about Funko ponies at all, but need Luna.

How come they are my favorite these days so accurate they look so amazing!! The more support these get the more characters we will see! Their bodies alone already look better than fs molds and brushables. Anyways Princess Luna will look veryyy epic though I just know it!

(Got my Pinkie pie in and just had to frown at how small her cutie Mark was.. sheesh!)

Hopefully their cutie marks are to scale on Octavia and Vinyl scratch.. ugh that would be sad to get them and have to use a magnifying glass to see them.

DJ and Octavia had been confirmed as next after Pinkie and Lyra...but I wonder if that actually meant "next" to Hot Topic. That would also confirm why we saw 4 protos pop up together for unseen ponies rather than just 2.

I found a Spitfire and Sweetie Drops on the shelves at TRU today.

Went to buy and....no dice since they have a street date of September 2. At least they put them on hold for me.

And we have a release date!

We were able to get Sweetie drops, they were able to override the street date. Unfortunately they couldn't/wouldn't do it for Spitfire...so I'll be at their front door on the 2nd

Where was all the upcoming information "confirmed"? Was it just the person on the development staff chatting off the record? Or was there a post on it all somewhere?

I know some of this info came from a facebook chat with someone from Funko- so technically rumor.  HOWEVER - unlike MGA, Mattel or Hasbro-  Funko is a REALLY really small company- so the development staff person would know what was going on.   

What I'm dying for is for September to come-  it may be that Hot Topic reveals some new ponies as well ... (hopefully Octavia and DJ)
