Yes she is available. I just know a little bit French but I'm sure when you make an account and use a translater it will be no problem.

Ok I have made an account and sent a Google-translated message asking if they will ship to the UK, and if they accept Paypal. (I can't find this info on the page itself.)

If they cannot ship outside France or will not accept Paypal I may have to send out a call for aid to French ponypeeps... in the meantime I will wait for a reply.

Ok, I think I have done it. There was no Paypal option so I paid by debit card. I have all my fingers crossed that this goes well, with the unfamiliar site and language difference. :/
