Question about tinsel Haired ploomette

Is tinsel haired ploomette going to be officially released?

Yes it looks like she is going to be the next playful wave - her and Rarity [again], Fluttershy [again], Applejack [again], Twilight Sparkle [again] and Pinkie Pie [again]. But I am waiting until I get a 100% confirmation before I count all the pony- chickens!

She hasn't shown up carded yet so while it is assumed that she will be in the next wave of ponies along with the rest of the Crystal Eye Mane 6 at this point it hasn't been confirmed. I bought all of the Crystal Eye Mane 6 carded from a seller in China on eBay and asked him about Ploomette and he had no carded ones only loose ones.
That being said I bought my loose Ploomette from a different seller and she came just like she was ready to go into a package with the bands for her mane and tail and the piece of plastic attached to her mane and leg. So by all counts the one I got should have been in line to be packaged.
I really hope she does get a carded release as I would love to have one on the card to go with my loose one.

With the amount that have been seen so far, probably.  I have this feeling she is coming in some sort of set, rather than being sold single.
