My spring break is that week and I'm going to go to DC. I was thinking of cutting my DC stay short to go to this con but it's not in the budget.

I love the idea of another multi-gen con though! If this gets another year I'd love to try and come! New York's a great city.

I hope it does have a second year! Heck, been having fun just promoting it at other cons and events I've been selling at!

Funny thing is, I've been at Dreamation 2013 here in NJ for the past two days with my friend, Heather, and who did I come across but ListenUp and others from Bronies-NYC with a promotional table for BAP! X3 Made for an even more fun weekend.

Yeah, if anyone here is selling at BAP, we'd love to see some teasers of what you're selling and displaying!

Hey Beagleuva! Long time no see, lady I know Stargleamer and Phantasy will be at Big Apple too, you'll remember them from my NJ Pony Meets and holiday cookie parties. I'm expecting to see other friends from the boards there as well. You'll find lots of buddies at the show.   

I'm tweeting and FBing and promoting around the internet today while the BAP website gets overhauled,  so here's more info for the Arena about the show to get you enticed:

Attractions:
BAP Beauty Bar and Makeover Spa will be giving "pony fabulous" makeovers all day Saturday and Sunday. Have your mane braided and styled with fun color hair extensions, get a sparkling MLP manicure courtesy of the great folks at Rainbow Honey, plus face / body painting and temporary tattoos.

BAP costume competition will be held on the main stage and among the prizes will be gift cards from our sponsor Midtown Comics. (yes you can use it for mail order) 5 awesome categories! Kids, adults, teens - all skill levels welcome

The Art + Mural / Kids' Craft room was designed by artists for the child in all of us. Activities geared toward the younger set include designing and creating your own pony characters on paper, and on trading cards (template provided) and in 3D form (paints and custom bait provided). Around the four walls of the room a giant canvas mural awaits everyone's individual expressions of creativity. Grab a marker or brush from one of the pails on the floor and start drawing! We will be time elapse filming the wall to capture it filling with color through the course of the weekend.

Entertainment and special guests :
We just announced Jayson Thiessen of the MLP FiM tv show as a special guest. Jayson will talk about his experiences directing FiM and what Princess Celestia has taught us all. For the older gen pony fans in the crowd, we'll be screening MustBeJewel's docu film 'My Little Obsession' and a terrific presentation by Summer Hayes all about collecting MLPs and the MLP Fair. Like music? Saturday is electronic night at the first annual Coltella Music Festival, featuring Eurobeat/Odyssey, EHT, and more. Sunday is acoustic rock day at Coltella, bringing pop, rock, goth and punk sounds from Forest Rain, Sprocket, Voltaire and more. If you want to star in your own music program , check out the pony karaoke-thon and sing your favorite tunes from Friendship is Magic!
