If that is the case, then the Firefly figure should probably be really small too.  Maybe it will be small enough to be considered a new born by g4 standards.

Who knows? One came with a Harry potter wand, I think the guess someone had about it being a dollymix one is probably right.

I freaked out really hard when I heard about this. here's hoping it's amazing and not a hoax.

Hmm... maybe they're planning on releasing Rescue at Midnight Castle as a dvd on its own, and this book is a kids picture book with screenshots as illustrations? I see that a lot, picture books with screenshots from a popular movie, etc.

I don't know if this has been spotted already, but there appears to be a book on Amazon that's being sold with a Firefly brushable!

They will, but not until a couple months before the release date. Publishers usually wait because they want to maintain the buzz momentum and keep people excited up until the release. Some publishers like HarperCollins publish their catalogs online so you can see book covers months before they are released or even before the covers are publicly revealed. You can even see the marketing plan for these books.

The publisher of this Firefly book is Running Press, which does the Harry Potter wands, but other than that I'm not super familiar with them. I don't know if they have a catalog online anywhere.

To be honest I am expecting at worst a dollymix style pony and at best a blind bag. The books are tiny and due to the size of the product unfortunately I dont expect a playful size pony to accompany.
