It looks really good! the only feedback i have is the font size for the pricing text is a little small. it was hard for me to read with my glasses on.

i have a couple more suggestions. under Commissioning Details, add a little bit of space (16px) between the Specialties, Pricing, and Shipping sections. right now they're kind of blending together and it's a little hard to read. also, make the heading breaks more consistent. i would put specialties on it's own line, the way you have Pricing and Shipping. Also put USA on the same line as the shipping price. also add 15px top/bottom padding to the text next to the buttons you have below the commissioning details section. that will align the text and the buttons. i'm not sure if you're working with the HTML directly or if you're working with a WYSIWYG. i can help you with the HTML/CSS if you need a code snippet.

I'm not sure where I can put the HTML Coding
I'm working with Weebly so its a real simple put together website I didn't have to use coding... I wish the buttons where better though too. so all I Could do was adjust the words a bit in the Button area.
